Yesterday, after a long trial, NaDDiR*, the former CEO of everybody’s favorite pink sheet reverse-merger Corona-n-Cancer-n-AIDS-crapper, Cytodyn (CYDY), and star of USA v. Pourhassan et al, in the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland, Case #: 8:22-cr-00440-PX, was found guilty on counts 2, 3, 4, 5, 7,10, 11, 12, and 13 of the Superseding Indictment (catch up on the indictment here).

The particulars of the verdict have been sealed by the court, so it might be a while until we get all the details. He did get off on the Conspiracy count (Count 1) and one of the Wire Fraud counts (Count 6).

Still no word on a sentencing date. Stay tuned.
